What data we collect
When you submit an inquiry form, we process the information you provide: first name, last name, phone number, email address, desired vehicle, vehicle link, approximate budget and the content of communication.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer, communicate before purchase and arrange a viewing or test drive. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request, and in some cases our legitimate interest in orderly business communication.
Data retention
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and related communication. If a purchase takes place, data forming part of business documentation is retained according to statutory retention periods. If no cooperation follows, we generally delete or anonymize the data within 24 months unless longer retention is required for legal claims.
